Barbara Johnson founder of Innocence Lost started her education on this topic a number of years ago and was surprised to learn it was so prevalent right here in her own town...originally thinking it was only in other countries. Once the truth of the extent of this modern-day slavery was realized she started her training to bring awareness. She is an Ambassador of Hope with  Shared Hope International, taken case management training with Faces (a facility housing rescued children ), spent time as a volunteer at Hidden Treasures Foundation, and is currently a trained speaker for the Anti-Human Community Committee in San  Diego.

 

Innocence lost has partnered with many churches schools and organizations all around San Diego County
